Organising the booking was a bit muddled but once the service provider was located he was organised, efficient & cleaned my rugs well. He was also willing to work on weekends, as I was under a time pressure.
Michael was thorough and helpful. Had to reschedule the job on his arrival due to an unexpected power outage. Carpet looks unexpectedly good, considering difficult pet stains.
