Geoff has built two pergolas in two different houses over the years for us and we are more than happy with his work, and his pricing is fair and reasonable. In addition he found structural problems with the roof trusses of one house and fixed this. Geoff has also fitted new sliding glass doors after changing the timber frames. I would recommend Geoff as a methodical, thorough and fair priced carpenter who takes great pride in his work.
Since 1989 my husband & I have had Geoff Holt work on our various properties. It has included but not limited to, new roof, gutters, flushing, replaced windows - sometimes making window space bigger or smaller. New ceilings, exterior hardi-plank, insulation, relocating doorways. On our last property Geoff extended our kitchen and sitting room with the addition of a sunroom. It completely changed our house and our lifestyle whilst increasing the value of the property. I would definitely recommend Geoff his workmanship and eye for detail are excellent.
Geoff replaced our old balcony which was falling apart and was dangerous. His quote was fair and reasonable but what won me over was his time and effort Geoff puts into his quotes and workmanship, he cares and listens to the needs of the consumer in result building a fantastic feature.
We have used Geoff for many carpentry,roof work jobs, guttering etc since 2007 and has allways done a fantastic job at very fair pricing and allways willing to offer alternate ideas that you had not thought about to make job better. Have also recommended him to many of our friends who would also agree and were very happy with work completed
This is the most unprofessional business out there. He would spout his personal issues to customers and be extremely disrespectful toward his now ex wife. Geoff would never listen to customers and would not let them have the job they wished, he would push his ideas and not let them have a say. The testimonials on the website are paid, and completely fake. The quality of work is sad and lacks attention to detail. Do not recommend this "builder", waste of time and money.
