I had three encounters with dust and brush and all three were stressful. On the first occasion I was told that I would receive a confirmation text message for the date and time I requested for a regular house clean, this was never done. Two cleaners just showed up at my house one day and argued with the manager at my front door before rescheduling for the next day. Then the two cleaners continued to argue and stand near my front door for some time before leaving. The next day only one person showed up and he could barely understand English and had no idea what he was doing. He spent two hours cleaning an already tidy bathroom. The third occasion two cleaners showed up on a Tuesday instead of the booked Monday with no communication again. At this point I told them to leave and that I will not be using their services. Also many of the positive reviews for this business on google are by their employees. *Edited: after posting this review I was contacted quite a number of times via phone and email. Dust and Brush provided a complimentary deep clean for my troubles. Happy with the service provided on this occasion.
We used dust and brush services to do a few clean of a business we purchased. Not only the service was great but I was really happy that they agreed to come out of business hours when it suited us. Thanks guys - will use services again and potentially ongoing.

I did book a end lease cleaning recently and my experience with dust and brush drives me crazy. 1. Late. At the day, they were saying that they are going to arrive to my property around 8:00-8:30am, they showed up around 9am. 2. Not professional. I checked the property carefully today, and I can still see the floor of bathroom is not clean and there still have the soap stain on the floor. 3. Extra money for all different service. I booked for end lease cleaning, but they didn’t clean my carpet. When I found out, they said they will back on Monday. I told the person that contact with me that’s property manager is going to collect the property on Monday, and he said he will send me a official email to states the situation and should be fine. However, after they got the money, they are not reply my message anymore, I don’t know if they are going to come back with the carpet or not, so I did ordered another carpet cleaning service to do that urgently. Garage is also not being cleaned and the garden as well. Told me that is another service with extra money. In conclusion, I am highly NOT recommend this company with end lease cleaning. I don’t know their other service, but for end lease, they are really unprofessional!
