I have been so pleased with the service received from Eve Laundry Services. We changed companies after the laundry service we were previously using for Airbnb linen cleaning closed down. I'm so glad we now have this fabulous provider. It's been so much more seamless than our previous provider. Pick up for my area is Tuesday. Generally I have received the clean laundry delivered to my door the very next day! All it takes is a quick text to Denise to let her know that I have bags to collect.... I receive a thumbs up, and it's all taken care of. The quality of the clean and fold is excellent. Thank you.
Extra long jacket and a suit jacket. Pointed out what needed extra attention and brilliant job. Had the long jacket done else where previously but I thought I'd use Eve as heard on radio and really happy and impressed. Great value as it was done properly. Thank you so much.
I highly recommend getting your clothing alterations here. Silvana has completed many of my dresses, pants and shirt alterations. Nothing is too much trouble, for her and all completed in a timely manner. She really is an expert in the field of sewing and alterations. Thank you Silvana for your high level of work and friendly service.
Brought in a stained cushion cover and asked to have it dry cleaned and have a zip inserted in one side. Took a full week, cost $13 for dry cleaning which did not remove any of the stains + $35 to install a crooked zip that is so stiff that I can't actually zip it up. Also charged $15 to sew a 20cm straight seam on another item. I know sewing is not easy and some things just can't be done, but if it's not possible to do something to a reasonable standard, you should let the customer know beforehand. Same with stains -- I know some can't be removed, but it's nonetheless disappointing to throw away money on having something "cleaned" when it comes back to you looking exactly the same as it did to start with. Staff seem friendly and basic dry cleaning of items like shirts seems fine (if expensive -- $15 per shirt). I'm just left feeling like I've been robbed. Will not be coming back.
