I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Clean Pursuit. Our cleaner did not arrive at the scheduled time and after an entire hour of waiting with no communication I called the company, only to be told that she would not be coming that day due to attending an event. This is extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was charged for the clean that never occurred. I also asked for a call back from the owner to discuss my experience however it has been weeks and I’ve not received any follow up call.
