Drove a long distance to get Kikuyu grass, staff was very helpful and helped load all the grass in my small nissan micra with plastics to protect my seats, it's been over a week and the grass is beautiful, lush green ???? thanks guys.

Just wanted to pass on a very big THANK YOU to Steve, i enquired about mulch i had to purchase for a customer, i was unsure how much and what type of mulch i needed, Steve took the time to calculate how much and what type i should use, i ordered it and was delivered on time and the amout was spot on.The customers where impressed with the mulch used. I went in today to get some firwood, rang before going and asked if it’s okay for my to go as it’s a building supply store and they said it’s definitely fine. Was standing there for more than 10 minutes and everyone busy operating the forklifts etc and attending other jobs, told them a few times can I grab some firewood, I’m not after much , kept saying you wait here, I’ll be with you soon, went and came back , busy with other customers, when I told him I’m waiting he said we have to serve other customers?! Like am I not a customer who has been waiting patiently while holding a baby? And when I said I’m just gonna go, he just murmured whatever?! Very disappointed as I was aiming to support a local , but obviously they don’t care about good customer service. There are plenty more wood yards with excellent service and exceptional fire wood that I’m happy to do business with. I’d give them 0 star out of 5.
