Bought premium vege soil and is full of rocks and plastic bits. Three weeks since I planted some leafy greens and they have not grown. Not worth the money, but better quality elsewhere.
Purchased landscaping rocks and everyone was very helpful and friendly, I like how you can pick out some of the larger rocks you’re after - definitely recommend and fantastic service
I placed an order for 45 sqm of roll out turf with Budget for a landscaping job in Happy Valley on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday morning. Spent over $600 on turf and some soil. Drove to Happy Valley from the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, 2 hour return trip, with a team of 3 of us. Prepped the ground and lawn still hadn't arrived, although the soil had. Rang up and discovered that our order had been "forgotten" so we wouldn't be getting lawn today, and not until Friday at the earliest. I understand that accidents happen, and I accepted the apology of the person that made the mistake. What is unacceptable is the fact that Budget didn't come out right away and offer me something, ANYTHING in fact..! I informed them that this mistake (which was 100% their mistake) cost us around $200, bare minimum, in diesel, my time, and wages for my labourers. But person I spoke to couldn't have cared less. All I got was, "Oh we will look after you next time." Trust me, there won't be a next time, as I can't trust you to deliver what I order and pay for, I can't trust that you will do the right thing by me if you stuff up again, and I don't like the way you run your business. In 10 years of landscaping I've never had a company forget to order my turf and never had a company so unwilling to own their mistake.
First time customer... Walked into the shed to find the sales office.. Super unclear where it is.. A male staff member looked up at me from behind his desk within his ATCO hut and I started to gesture to ask him where the sales office was.. He looked back down and totally ignored me. Staff on the loader made no attempt to assist me so I left and will never return as their service is rubbish.
