We are very happy with Horncastle Plumbing service. They were very professional, well mannered and friendly. They always answered any questions or concerns we had and also always cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them!
The online booking system was easy to use and Laura replied quickly to establish a booking. The SMS system told me on the day when Scott was on his way which was very convenient. Scott was professional, courteous, helpful and did a great job trouble shooting and resolving my blocked drain. No membership or upsell etc like other big name plumbing companies. Just honest, fair-priced, quality service. Overall a fantastic experience and I’m happy to say I now have found “my plumber” for any future issues.
I called Cal about a few plumbing issues at my place, the most concerning being water damage on an external wall which has resulted in cracking. A plumber was sent quickly and the boys investigated the problem and gave me honest advice on what to do. It was all fixed within a day! They text when they're on the way so you're not waiting around all day for them to arrive which I love as well. Definitely recommend to anyone, reasonably priced for good quality service and supporting a local business too which is a huge bonus!
