I live in Sydney and had my elderly Mother call me this morning, she had no hot water. I called AEP and within the hour they sent out Thomas. He was polite, diligent, professional & very knowledgeable. Straight away, I was at ease and knew she was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem and provided me with multiple options. I decided to have the hot water system replaced. Tom then carried out the works on the same day and had her hot water back up & running all before lunch time. He even went the extra mile and sent me photos of the completed works to make sure I was happy. I could not recommend this company and Tom enough! His service was above & beyond. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Booking a breeze, first class. Michael went above and beyond to clear our drains, was polite and engaging throughout the process, a great service in an emergency. Nothing was too hard, no question went unanswered, great tools, great technician, service with a smile. Booked at 4pm on a Sat, done by 7pm, brilliant, thank you.
I had a great experience with Thomas Dimitriadis . He was professional, efficient, and affordable. Thomas was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also made sure to clean up after himself, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend him! Thomas was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. I'd definitely use him again in the future!
