Our move with Right-Way Relocations was easy, and stress free. The guys were great! They were careful with my furniture and they were quick at loading and unloading the truck. They didn’t waste a second, they were hard workers, puffing and sweating by the end of it. No time wasters were present on our move day. When carrying the furniture they were very considerate of walls and anything else around them, including my 4 year old who seemingly has no spacial awareness and walked into their path numerous times. They were so patient with him, and even answered his inquisitive 4 year old questions for him. They paid extra attention to make sure that items were placed in the right rooms, and even checked labels on boxes to make sure that they took boxes to the right rooms. They even offered to put furniture back together for us! They were kind, easy to talk to and easy going. The booking process before the move was easy, smooth and professional. Communication was great and their response rate was fast. We really did have a great experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Right- Way Relocations again!
Moving can be very stressful, but right from the start Mat put us at ease. He was on time with the price quote, very responsive with all forms of communication, and just a great guy to work with. On the day of move, Mat was there first thing in the morning to ensure that everything was in order. Brody and Gerry were very careful with our belongings and it’s great to feel that we were well taken care of. We would highly recommend their services. Thank you guys for a stress-free move. ????
These guys are the best, we had such a good laugh as well, could not recommend Right Way Relocations enough. I used them about a month ago and I actually turned up late to the move myself but the guys were so good about it, then they helped me move so much more than I expected and in great time. I’m very thankful to Mio and (please forgive me but the name is escaping me) because you really helped me out, helped make light of the situation, and you’re priced so well - i wouldn’t use anyone else.
