We were very pleased with the overall experience with Total Care Movers . Andrew attended at our College Park SA address to quote on an hourly basis as we had a container mainly of furniture. Over the years I have dealt with moving both in Adelaide and in Germany both locally and transporting overseas. I could see Andrew knew his job. The 2 man team arrived on time. Josh I believe was a family member of the firm . Both he and his co worker we pleasant and got the job done in the expected time frame . I would recommend this family business . I always get 3 quotes and this company was competitive. We did not require Insurance as our household all risks covered the move between the old and new home.
We had a fantastic experience, with quick and clear quoting, easy booking process and good communication throughout. But the most impressive part was our removalists (in particular Will - what a star) who were friendly, efficient, careful and very professional. Our belongings were packed up, stored and delivered without one scratch, dent or broken glass. Highly recommend!
Professional, extremely careful and excellent service - from guiding me prior to the job, then the upload, storage, and finally to the delivery. As well, the backup admin service was exceptional. I highly recommend!
Having been left in the lurch by another removalist company (they did not show) we were apprehensive in trying again but TCM handled our concenrs quickly and had a truck and team out the next day. Logi and crew did a great job - very professional - no job too small! Post removal service was excellent too.
Couldn't have asked for a better crew of hard workers including Harry, the owner's son, who carried his weight helping his Father (Luke, the owner) while on School holidays. Hats off to you guys, the making of a great family business instilling manners, respect and a good work ethics to the team and family alike. Rates are very fair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys (plus the lovely young lady on the phone) to anyone.
