After loosing power first thing in the morning, I rang Brian and he answered straight away. He came and restored my power within 1 hour. Assessing and fixing the problem immediately upon arrival. He also checked my smoke detectors and found that they had gone past their expiry and needed replacing, which he also did that day. I am grateful for Brian’s helpful, prompt and efficient service. He took his time to explain everything that he was doing, with care, which I appreciated, as I gained a better understanding of how my house wiring worked. I felt that Brian had my best interests at heart and I would welcome back to my home in the future.
